  • Total SEN Students: 1,624,105 students (16.5% of all students)

  • Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans: 532,170 students

  • SEN Support Category: 1,091,935 students

EHC Plan Demand Growth

  • 2015: 202,600 EHC plans
